E2E activation test (CPO)

Run after P0 checklist shows worker green. When worker is blocked, steps 1–2 (signup → deploy) can still be tested, trades need a live worker.

Checking P0 gates…

1 · Signup

Incognito → Create account (Google or email). Foot shows Algo Studio · should land on /dashboard.

2 · Deploy paper strategy

Algo Studio → Library → Deploy Trend Follower (or any crypto strategy). Post-deploy hint links to /app#forward. While worker is down, yellow banner also offers View evidence → /app#forward. No upgrade prompt on first deploy.

3 · Wait one worker cycle

~5 minutes. Heartbeat: checking…

4 · Trades in evidence

Forward Test or Activity shows closed trades (may take 10–15 min first time).

5 · RLS isolation (QA&VAPT, required)

Second incognito account must not see first account's trades in /app. CLI: ./scripts/guide-qa-rls-isolation.sh · record in docs/QA_VAPT_CHECKLIST.md Q3.

6 · Admin funnel

/admin → deployers ↑, worker Live, funnel tiles moving.

7 · Pro checkout (CBO), parallel OK

Worker not required. Sign up with Pro intent (Google OAuth OK) → Test Pro checkout → confirm Paying ≥ 1 and MRR > $0 in /admin. CLI: ./scripts/guide-first-pro-checkout.sh
