Apply migration 0011

Founder approval · ~2 min · Enables funnel v2 events in /admin (signup_complete, deploy_success, checkout_click).

Full P0 (recommended): Add DATABASE_URL + RAILWAY_API_TOKEN to GitHub repo Secrets, then Run workflow “Apply P0” → type APPLY (migration + paper-worker in one step).
Cloud Agent: Add full DATABASE_URL Postgres URI to Cursor secrets → ./scripts/run-p0-if-ready.sh. Pooler host for this project: aws-0-ap-northeast-1.pooler.supabase.com (not us-east-1). Use database password, not sb_secret API keys.
GitHub Action option: Add DATABASE_URL to GitHub repo Secrets, then Run workflow “Apply migration 0011” → type APPLY.

Or manual:

  1. Open Supabase SQL Editor
  2. Click Copy SQL below → paste → Run
  3. Click Verify on zengtrade: should turn green
  4. Return to /ops, Migration 0011 gate should show ✓
